I was born in Michigan but called Naples, Florida my home for the last three decades prior to moving to Palm Beach County. Having experienced an unhealthy and toxic divorce as a teenager and having gone through a mutually beneficial divorce as an adult with children of my own, I know firsthand the importance of proper legal representation during the divorce process. Fortunately, I am also aware of the benefits of finding healing and peace in order to thrive as a single parent.

My career started as an educator and entrepreneur but my passion to help single moms later shifted my career into family law. I graduated in the top ten percentile of my class at Ave Maria School of Law, where I served as the Vice President of Operation for the Moot Court Board, was the Founder and President of Young Women of America, worked for the school as a legal research and writing tutor for my fellow classmates, and was an active member of several organizations. Shortly after graduation, I started a law firm in Naples, where my primary focus was family law for seven years. My goal was to show women that their identity and legacy did not have to be defined by their divorce. Here, I was able to help families transition through the difficult season of divorce with integrity by fostering healthy communication and conflict management while offering solutions to preserve familial relationships. As the principal attorney trained in Collaborative Law as well as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and a Certified Christian Counselor, I was afforded the opportunity to approach family law in a unique and specialized manner of a cooperative and collaborative approach to dispute resolution while zealously advocating for my clients’ best interests. I am passionate about assisting women to reach their full potential, rediscovering their identity, and finding healing after traumatic and abusive relationships.

When not working I enjoy spending time and making memories with my wonderful and blended family. I am a wife, mother, adoptive mom, and stepmom to five amazing children. I have three daughters and two sons ranging from ages 1 to 26 years old.  We enjoy the beach, boating, bike riding, game nights and traveling. My husband and I believe it is important to instill a grateful and giving heart in our children, so we also love serving together in local ministries and organizations.
